After the first week, the consultatiebureau takes over care for your baby. During your postpartum period, we send a digital handover to ensure a smooth transition and continuity of care.
At the end of your postpartum period, the youth nurse from the clinic will contact you to schedule a first home visit or a phone intake. From that point on, you can contact the child health clinic for all follow-up check-ups such as monitoring your baby’s growth, weight, and vaccinations.
